Return & Exchange Policy

At Chromatic Graphic, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Custom Products (Non-Returnable)

All custom-made and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review all details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Products (Returnable Within 10 Days)

We accept returns for non-custom products within 10 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.


✅ A valid reason for return is required. We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • Damage Upon Arrival

  • Defective Product

  • Wrong Item Received

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

​

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Discounts or price adjustments

How to Request a Return

​

  1. Contact us at customerservice@chromaticgraphic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

​

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

​

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the correct product.
